5 heads are smarter than 1
I already knew this, sort-of. But the point was really hammered home in our Organization Behavior class, two weekends in a row. On average, a group decision is superior to an individual decision. This is actually one of the core values at the company that I work for. So I knew this, already. But it was nice to really see hard evidence of group decision making power in action. And the assignments were a lot of fun.
Wow, I love the fact that the best and the brightest are subscribers to this line of thinking. I wish my leadership would do the same.
