organization. The position of Country Manager, Venezuela has been created due to the
expansion of company activities in South America.

The Person in the Country Manager role will provide leadership over many aspects of the
company’s projects. Operations management responsibilities include but are not limited
to; Drilling activities, maintenance, equipment, labor and materials. As well as monitoring
and coordinating resources. This position requires a high level of operations expertise with
the energy industry.
Location & Travel
• This position will be located in Venezuela.
• Travel will be based on business need and could vary from 30% to 50%.
Minimum Qualifications:
Professional Experience
Specific requirements include:
• 10 plus years as an Operations Manager with present energy related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Spanish knowledge preferred
• Offshore/deepwater knowledge preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of union contracts a must
• Must have knowledge of safety and energy regulations as set forth by regulatory
bodies.
• Knowledgeable in appropriate hardware and software systems
• Experience and knowledge working with regulators and governmental agencies
considered a plus.
